Once you place an order with Govind Collection, we work quickly to ensure that your items are packed and dispatched. Please note:
- Order Processing Time: 1-2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays)
- Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
2. Shipping Rates & Methods
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and the total order value. We offer standard shipping to all locations.
- Standard Shipping: Free for orders above ₹999.
- Shipping Fee: ₹50 for orders below ₹999.
3. Delivery Timeframes
We aim to deliver all orders within 5-7 business days. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and the shipping carrier. Please keep in mind:
- Metro Cities: 5 business days
- Tier 2 & 3 Cities: 5-7 business days
- Remote Areas: May take slightly longer (7-9 business days)
